For Quality toys at reasonable prices, our family likes the following:
Izilla Toys
1429 12th Avenue (Capitol Hill)

Top Ten Toys
104 N. 85th (cross street First)

Magic Mouse Toys (no website for some reason?)
603 First Ave. (corner of First & Yesler)

Magic Mouse Toys doesn't have a website, because the owners are a wee bit nutty (I used to work there). But they have a phenomenal selection of toys and (especially) puzzles and trains.

I prefer Top Ten Toys, as it's closer and less packed, but Izilla rocks, and is conveniently just down the block from the very kid-friendly My Coffee House. They have gorgeous Waldorf dolls and nonviolent kids' toys.
